Lowland League | Spartans out to nobble Naismith’s JTs in midweek derby

Dougie Samuel’s Spartans will be looking to bounceback from Saturday’s opening day disappointment with a win in front of the Spartan Army faithful when they taken on Hearts B in the Clarke Epos Lowland League.

The sides met recently when a crowd of over 1,000 assembled inside Ainslie Park, the venue for Tuesday night’s 7.45pm kick-off, which saw a 1st XI infused JT’s edge it with a single goal.

Whilst the turnstiles will be keen to see the same numbers filter through, the home support will be in full voice seeking an alternative outcome with three points this time at stake in what promises to be a full bloodied Edinburgh derby clash.

Kick-off at Ainslie Park is at 7.45pm. Tickets can be bought in advance via Fanbase or pay at the gate.
