Lowland League | Spartans set out to do the double over Hoops in midweek clash

With little time to let the Radox soak the muscles from Saturday’s exertions against University of Stirling, it’s back to Ainslie Park for more Lowland League action on Tuesday night when we take on Celtic B (7.45pm ko).

It’s just a month since the sides locked horns with Jamie Dishington netting a last minute winner at a soggy Penny Cars Stadium to secure the three points in a game watched by Gordon Strachan, a man that needs no introduction within the Spartans and Celtic circles.

Spartans head into the game having given Mikey Herd game time on Saturday as he returned to action whilst there may be other positional changes up for grabs, so stay tuned for the team announcement on Twitter ahead of kick-off.
