Management thoughts on our game at St Marks Park tomorrow.

Mike says –

“The players know that we struggled to see the game out a few weeks back against Craigroyston and that nothing less than 100% concentration and application for 90 minutes tomorrow will be needed to progress to the next round.

Keith McLeod resumed training last night and Kerr Dodds looks to be running more freely but tomorrow will be too soon for either of them to return to first team action. If both have no ill effects from their Thursday training efforts they could feature through at Airdrie on Monday. More on that game later.

After the result and performance at Gretna last week there’s a good chance we’ll go with the same starting line-up. Sam and I were going to bring young Jordan in for this game but with his “Scottish” Cup game on Sunday and time on the park at Airdrie we may leave well alone and go with the “Gretna” team.

Whatever we do, we will have to play better for longer than we did on our last visit to one of the best playing surfaces in East of Scotland football. Let’s hope we enjoy our journey along Ferry Road.”
