A losing night

Our Juniors lost 5 – 0 to Penicuik last night who go through as top of the seven team group into the semi final of the League Cup. In a crazy first half we were 3 – 0 down after half an hour, Paul Sutherland was red carded five minutes later and they added a fourth before the break. In the second half we battled really well in an even encounter with Penicuik adding their final goal in the last minute.
Our EoS 19s went down 6 – 0 to Craigroyston after losing all the goals in a crazy 17 minute spell in the first half. We played much better in the second half and are confident that our young players will go on to have a successful season.
The Saturday Amateurs also went down, 3 – 2 to Whitson Star after being ahead twice, goals from Steve Malin and Iain Cartwright.
