Gavin and Stewart return home with Silver medal

As Mike’s update said the GB football team won silver in the World University games yesterday after losing to Japan – their best ever finish. A fantastic achievement for Gavin and Stewart. Gavin played a major role in GB qualifying through their section with his assist against Ghana crucial in their second match. A long trip home today – how will Gavin enjoy moving from playing in stadiums holding 40,000 and crowds of 25,000 plus to the delights of Selkirk and Muirhouse!
