Management thoughts on another 1-0 victory and another signing.

Mike says –

“When I spoke to Sam last night he was delighted on two counts. First of all those on the pitch gave another solid performance against a very good Bonnyrigg side. Chris Anderson got his first goal for us (of many we hope) and everyone contributed to an excellent display.

The second reason Sam was in a good mood was the signing of Ali MacKinnon formerly of Edinburgh University. There was a chance Falkirk were going to sign Ali but a job in teaching swayed him to stay in East of Scotland football. Falkirk´s loss is Spartans gain.

The jig-saw is coming together and once we get Manchester United and Preston Athletic out the way we can get down to the serious business.

More on these games later.”
