St Johnstone postpone friendly

St Johnstone manager Derek McInnes called our co-manager Mike Lawson this evening to call off our friendly scheduled for Saturday.  He said he was short of players and a couple had picked up knocks in training.  He was most apologetic and promised to come through to play a friendly later in the season.  Plans for the game were well advanced so we are obviously disappointed, with us planing to “dry run” a couple of matchdays events prior to the Manchester United game.

We did have 36 players at training tonight between the Seniors and Juniors so we could have helped out!
