Sunday update

Firstly well done to all the cyclists today….Bob Dryburgh has just make it to Victoria Park apparently as the sun sets…and he was the first one off! Seriously however Bob did very well and arrived earlier this afternoon as did everyone else…and as at this morning the Just Giving donations to the charities had reached an astonishing £20,000!

Today fixtures saw the EoS 19s go down 3 – 0 to Leith Athletic in the league, our first defeat of the season. We started well but lost a goal against the run of play to be behind at half time. Leith were the better team in the second half and ran out deserved winners.

The Sunday Amatuers had a great 3 – 2 win against Loanhead in the first round of the Scottish Cup with a last minute winner from Dean Gibson. The first two goals came from Jonno and Andy Laidlaw.
