The Spartans FC are looking for to appoint a Social Convener

Main Duties

• To arrange social functions and fund-raising ventures, and of any other business associated with the club
• Keep accurate records of all receipts, expenditures, and contributions
• Coordinate with the club’s website administrator to ensure proper communication of social events
• To be responsible for the public relations of the clubs social activities in regards to correspondences, letters, and as deemed necessary by the Executive
• Upon  accepting this position, you are available to attend certain Executive and other meetings as and when require

This position is a voluntary position.
