Lowland League: Rovers return for SpartansSpartans return to Lowland League action on Saturday as they head to the Scottish Borders to take on Gala Fairydean Rovers, looking to secure back to back wins following last weekend’s clean sheet victory over Edinburgh University. The iconic A-listed Netherdale arena, designed by modernist architect Peter Wormsley, will welcome Dougie Samuel’s side who narrowly lost out to Motherwell Colts in midweek cup action and the game will undoubtedly come at the right time to give the Ainslie Park men an opportunity to show bouncebackability and bolster their league position come 4.45pm. Tale of the Tape: Spartans and Gala Fairydean have been ever presents in the Scottish Lowland League. The sides have met 12 times over the six seasons.
Admission: £7 Adults | Concessions £4 | U16 FREE accompanied. The hosts will have the Café and the Bar open. |
