GeoSonic Lowland League | Spartans sit end of term Student test at StirlingThe Spartans head to Forthbank Stadium on Tuesday evening for their re-arranged GeoSonic Lowland League match against Stirling University.A win for Dougie Samuel’s side would see them leap-frog North Edinburgh neighbours Civil Service Strollers into four place, with a game in hand as the eleven month season enters into its final stages. With no game at the weekend, Samuel’s side had an opportunity to rest those legs from the midweek exertions at Dalbeattie whilst the hosts were involved in a gargantuan tussle with Bonnyrigg Rose in the South Challenge Cup that saw them lose out in the proverbial penalty kick lottery. Kick-off at Forthbank Stadium, Stirling is at 7.45pm. Admission: Adults £6, Students / Concessions £3. |
