Pre-Season: Allum fires home to out-fox the Fifers

A thumping strike by Ross Allum’s three minutes before the break saw Spartans come out on top against Ladbrokes League 1 side East Fife at a dreich Ainslie Park.

The 1-0 win saw both sides utilise a host of players as the pre-season build-up starts to take shape.

Next up is this weekend’s four team tournament where Spartans are joined by Edinburgh City, Hibernian and Hearts XIs as they battle it out over two days to be crowned the Ronnie Swan Cup champions.
