Spartans set for midweek cracker against Kilby

Posted on Wednesday, August 26th, 2015

Spartans take on second top East Kilbride at Ainslie Park tonight in the penultimate game of a busy opening month in the Ferrari Packaging Lowland League.

After a narrow loss on the road at Gretna last weekend, Dougie Samuel will be looking for his men to get back on track with a win in front of a home crowd that could potentially propel them into 3rd place depending on other outcomes across the grounds.

Kilby head to North Edinburgh following a dramatic 5-4 win over Selkirk, which included a couple of finely executed free-kicks https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ruiI3GLQ5yY.  K-Park has certainly witnessed it’s fair share of dead ball classics, including Jack Beesley’s wonderstrike in last season’s Scottish Cup replay https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qk9VamH7L9Q

Kick-off is 7.45pm.  Admission £5 Adults, £3 Concessions, Under 16s Free.

Season Tickets are also available on the gate priced at £50 for adults and £25 for concessions whilst all Under 16s can pick up a Spartans Season Ticket for free (we reserve the right to request proof of age).  The tickets include admission to all our Spartans fixtures across our Men and Women sections, excluding the William Hill Scottish Cup.
