Spartans Make Final Away League Trip To StirlingSpartans manager Dougie Samuel is hoping for a return to form as his side travel to face Stirling University in the Lowland League. With just two league games left of the 2014/15 season, he will be hoping the players give one final push ahead of the end of season Lowland League Cup campaign.Tonight we are missing Ally MacKinnon, Eddie Malone, Jack Nixon, Keith McLeod, John Grant, Kevin Swain and Alan Brown for a variety of different reasons. Alex Imlah will make his first team debut. Matty Cunningham is also in line for a start. With nothing at stake it’s a chance for players to play with a greater sense of freedom as we look to produce a confidence boosting performance.” Spartans could lift themselves to 4th place with a win, however Stirling Uni could also jump to 4th if they get three points. Tonights game at Forthbank kicks off at 7.45pm. |
