Saturday action

The Seniors travel to Meadowbank to take on Edinburgh City in the South Regional Challenge Cup with a 2.30pm ko.  Skipper Robbie Manson will be fit after missing training earlier in the week but there are late tests for Andy Martin and Jack Beesley who both picked up ankle knocks at training this week.  We’ve played the same starting line up in successive games, the tighter park at Meadowbank may mean an adjustment in starting XI and formation.  The first goal was critical last week with City missing a couple of openings in the first half, they will be dangerous opponents tomorrow in the most important “domestic” cup we play for.

The Amateurs play Cabrera in Round 2 of the East of Scotland Cup at the Academy on the community pitch with a 3pm ko.  We’re looking to bounce back after a couple of defeats.

At 12 noon on the stadium our promising U17 team take on Musselburgh Windsor in the 4th round of the Scottish Cup.  It’s a tough draw for us but we have beaten Windsor earlier in the season in league action.
