Juniors and Amateurs actionThe Juniors play Fauldhouse at home tomorrow in league action with a 2.30pm ko. Its our Juniors first game on our new pitch. As well as the management team of David Cowan and Steph Colquouon, Fauldhouse feature five ex Spartans players from last season in their ranks. Gary Bannon is likely to make his debut for them and Sam Scott has been outstanding for them since he left us last March. Adam Perry is doubtful for us but the rest of the squad are looking in good shape. We are sitting top of the league after 6 games but we have played teams mostly near the foot of the table. Despite our league position Fauldhouse are favourites with their very strong squad put together on a big budget. Fauldhouse sit just above mid table after narrowly losing a couple of games. Admission is £4/£2.The Amateurs play Edinburgh Uni 2s at Peffermill as we try to turn good cup form into our league matches. |
