Spartans win South Challenge Cup

Spartans seniors good season continued today at Tynecastle with a 3-0 victory over local rivals Edinburgh City. Spartans retained the trophy for the third straight season with goals from Omar Kader (2) and a penalty from Gavin Malin.

On fire skipper Ross Archibald uncharacteristically missed a penalty later in the game when the game was already beyond City.
