A double header of action at the Academy tomorrow. First up with a 1pm ko on the Stadium pitch our EoS 19s take on Tynecastle in a league game. We’re looking to bounce back after last week’s defeat to Leith Athletic and the game on the grass pitch gives the chance for the 19s to get accustomed to it prior to their Youth Cup game against Montrose in three weeks.
The Womens team take on Forfar at 2pm on the FieldTurf in a league fixture…the two of us and Hibs are vying for third spot in the league and the result tomorrow will be critical. Our young striker Sarah Ewings has been in Sweden all week with the successful Scotland Under 19 squad who won through to th next stage of the Eurpoean championship. They arrived back yesterday after three gruelling games, we’re sure Sarah will have loads of energy left for Sundays game.
