Juniors draw Premier opposition in Emirates Junior Scottish Cup

Spartans Juniors were today drawn at home to Ballingry Rovers in the first round of the Emirates Junior Scottish Cup.

East Region Premier side Ballingry are currently unbeaten in the league after two games and after a strong 6th place in last seasons Premier division and are sure to offer an exceptionally tough test.

The Emirates Scottish Junior cup is the biggest cup competition the Junior side will be in this season and following our exit in the first round last season to Larkhall Thistle we will be hoping to secure victory over our fellow East Region rivals this year to progress to the next stage.

The game will take place at Ainslie Park on 2nd October. Kick off will be at 3pm. Entrance will be £5/£2.
