Winning SaturdayThree wins…3 – 0 for the Seniors, 4 – 0 for the Juniors and 4 – 1 for the Legends. The Seniors comfortably went through to the final of the King Cup where we will play Stirling University on Sunday 16th May. The first goal came in the 15th minute when an Omar Kader corner was volleyed home from close range by Dean Hoskins. Deam added the second on the half hour mark, a rare header from a pinpoint Gavin Malin cross. The Uni kept players behind the ball before having more of a go in the last 20 and almost pulled one back when Omar Kader popped up on the line to head clear a header from a corner. The third goal cam in the 86th minute when Jorge Vinelli lobbed the ‘keeper after being put through. The man of the match today was Danny O’Donnell who looked dangerous as he rampaged forward.
