Sunday amatuers lose Sunday friendly

Our Sunday Amateur side yesterday lost 8-0 to last year’s double winning team, Abbey Athletic. Spartans played well in patches but were outclassed by a very good side. A sending off did little to help their cause as Abbey dominated in the middle of the park.

The Sunday Amateurs will be looking for a better performance and result against last years Champions, Redhall Star, on tuesday night. The game takes place at Silverknowes
