Squad: Flockhart, O’Donnell, Gerrard, Archibald, Fowlie, Hoskins, Malin, King, Kader, McLeod, Henretty, Walker, Hair, Manson, Devlin, Preston. Skipper Stewart Fowlie is likely to return to the starting line up after being on the bench last week.
Struan Preston is also pushing for his first start in three months. Co-manager Mike Lawson said “Any team who have beaten Heriot-Watt and Easthouses in the league as well as taking a point away from home at Peffermill must be taken seriously and that message has been drummed into the players by Sam and myself all week. Striker Danny Forbes has left to join Civil Service Strollers but coach Mark Lamb has a full quota of strikers to choose from with Nick Reid, Adam Perry and Michael Moffat all vying for a place in the starting line up.
The 3rd XI play a league game against Broughton at the Academy with a 3pm ko. Form has improved dramatically in recent weeks and coach Doug Cowie knows that three points are a must tomorrow.
Earlier at the Academy with a 1.15 pm kick off our Saturday 19s are in league action.
