No, I’ve Not Jumped Off The Dean BridgeLunch. I had technical problems trying to update the Blog this morning hence nothing from me earlier today.Yesterday, the build up, how it panned out and it’s implications are still running though my head so it’s a tad early for me to say what I really feel about applying to join the SFL, that’s if I ever do. I feel sorry for Craig and his efforts from day one and I feel sorry for a few players who could grace SFL football but have not and are not likely to get the chance. For myself I must concentrate on targets we’ll set on and off the park. On the park we must do better in the main competitions we enter. Winning three minor cup-finals is not good enough for Spartans. Off the park we must work out how to encourage those around the club who follow us on Scottish Cup days to turn up on a week to week basis. That is our number one goal as a club. A structured fixture list and a new compact home for all the Spartans family will help to grow our weekly fan base. See, I’ve moved on already. |
