Annan invite accepted

Spartans will take part in the Annan Tournament next month after accepting an invite to replace Ebbsfleet United, who have withdrawn. The four-team competition, involving Annan Athletic, Stranraer and Workington Reds, takes place over the weekend of 18 and 19 July.

The games start at 12pm and 3.15pm on both Saturday and Sunday. The Saturday losers then play off for third and fourh place, leaving the winners to play for the trophy.
